FUNCTIONS
- Plan the productive activity of external plants, ensuring quality and cost objectives.
- Participate in the productive planning of Bioiberica.
- Coordinate and supervise non-productive activities between external plants and the different areas of Bioiberica (Quality, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Environment, HR, Logistics and PRL).
- Organize and coordinate meetings between the Production Managers of the different plants, with the aim of unifying criteria, applying improvements and strengthening teamwork.
- Lead and motivate the human team in charge within the cultural parameters of the company.
- Suggest possible improvement actions in external plants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in production management areas of the chemical-pharmaceutical sector or equivalent, preferably in the European and American continent.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- English. Other languages can be valued.
